“Empower-Full” Thoughts, Warm Fuzzies, and Other Good Stuff (:
Beautiful Spirits!!! A lot has gone on since my last post here, how've you all been handling things since last March? Who would have ever thought, right? WOW! It's been a crazy year of ups and downs. Some of you are following me on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube...
Happy Mother's Day! . Just a short clip of photos (click here) to honor the beautiful mothers in my life (be them in Heaven, or here with me still). My Momma, Grammas, Great Gramma, Sister/Comadre, Comadre, and the beautiful lady who is the mother figure in my life...
…the more we experience our Living List items, the more peaceful we will feel and the more we will add to the world with that peacefulness. It starts within, and then, we share it. <3
This week I had the pleasure of expanding my comfort zone in a super fun way! Y’know I always say to step awayyyy from your comfort zone & go for your dreams, right? Well how can I say that if I don’t regularly do it! So here I am, walking my talk <3
Let’s do this. Let’s remove glorifying of damage, and glorify healing instead. I promise that positive energy will come if you remain willing to let go of the negative cloak of darkness. Stop hurting yourself the way you’ve been hurt. Your spirit needs your love, the way it wished it received it all those years ago (and even recently.)
PLEASE let’s get the word out to as many as we can. First and foremost that it’s OK TO SPEAK UP. If you’re hurting so deeply that suicide seems the only option, PLEASE reach out. Keep reaching out until someone listens!!! ALL OF US are beautiful spirits, here for a unique reason. OUR LIVES make a difference. WE make a difference. WE MATTER. All of us matter. There IS life after that dark vortex. How do I know that? Because I was rescued from it. I consciously choose to LIVE every day since that rescue. If I can do this, we all can do this!
As of September 18th, it’s officially been 2 years since I started this blog. While things have changed a bit, my intention for the blog and YouTube channel is still the same as it ever was.
Live life to the fullest and keep the balance. How in the heck do you do that when you have sooo much going on at once, every day? These guys are excellent examples of how to do just that. They inspire me!
We go through the ebb and flow of life. We get to make choices on how we respond to those changes, and each other. Let’s choose to LIVE, be the best we can be, and choose inner peace. One moment at a time.
Sometimes reading a book is a life experience. THIS book, is exactly that. I’m not even finished with it but I’m so compelled to share my own personal reactions to it. I can’t recommend this book enough!
Krystina is the one who got me into blogging on a consistent basis. Her entrepreneurial spirit and drive, her kind heart and giving spirit, the way she is always cheering others on, all the while taking excellent care of herself and her family are all perfect examples of how she lives life to the fullest, in balance. She’s a firm believer in getting out there & making your dreams happen. She knows the secret to success and is sharing it in this interview
They say it takes less energy to be positive than negative. To work toward your dreams than not to.
You might be surprised, but I don’t agree with that.
Depression is a topic that still seems so taboo to talk about, even with its more common mentioning on TV and social media. It’s very real, can be debilitating, and in my opinion, is just as much of a bully as addiction.
I’m starting a video series about how some of the people I admire live life with such positive energy — even during the tough spots. I hope you will enjoy each one.
Ever notice how the Universe conspires with you when you are in alignment with your passion, purpose, and path?
If you have a dream within you, it’s YOURS. It wouldn’t have come to you if you didn’t have what it takes to bring it to life.
You see. Loss and grief are different for everyone, for every circumstance, and stage of life that a loved one was in. Or, a celebrity we didn’t know personally (as in the world’s tragic loss of Prince last week ): )
Someone I love profoundly has lost a treasured person from their life. This person I love, is my most amazing “heart-person,” as my cousin so lovingly stated today. MY go-to person, MY comfort person, MY clarity person. For a while today I’ve been feeling at a loss,...
