Happiness is indeed a choice and so is choosing to live in the moment and be around positive people and positive energy. I have literally turned around and walked away from negative people and situations always remembering that I have a choice.
I would add that, for me, having a passion for something that connects me with nature has really filled my soul for those moments that I’m not 100%. It’s fun to see you connecting with your passion through this blog and now your videos! 😉

Y’know, I’ve done the same thing. Whether the Universe has done it for me, or I have… allowing the negative to be repelled or to walk away from it is truly empowering. Makes room for the positive to expand! It’s fantastic!
YES! Like you, I love being in nature. Trees and water really make such a huge difference for me. Also, doing things that align with my passion just makes everything elevate!
